About Aboriginal Regional Arts Alliance
Aboriginal Regional Arts Alliance (ARAA)
The Aboriginal Regional Arts Alliance (ARAA) is the peak body supporting Aboriginal artists, arts workers and communities across regional and remote New South Wales.
Through professional development, cultural programs, advocacy and market opportunities, ARAA works alongside artists to strengthen creative careers, celebrate cultural knowledge and increase access to national and international audiences.
At DAAF Online, ARAA proudly showcases a diverse collection of artworks by First Nations artists from across regional NSW. Each artwork reflects a unique connection to Country, culture and community, sharing stories that have been passed down through generations while embracing contemporary Aboriginal artistic practice.
By purchasing through ARAA, you are directly supporting Aboriginal artists and helping to create ongoing opportunities for regional and remote creatives to grow sustainable arts businesses and share their stories with the world.

Shipping policy
Thank you for purchasing from the Aboriginal Regional Arts Alliance (ARAA). ARAA is proud to represent First Nations artists from regional and remote New South Wales through DAAF Online.
Processing Orders
Orders will be processed within 5–10 business days following confirmation of payment, unless otherwise advised. As many artworks are shipped directly from the artist or require specialist packing, processing times may vary.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- All artworks will be securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.
Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. ARAA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or incorrect delivery information.
Refund policy
Refund Policy
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect artwork, please contact ARAA within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Return policy
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only where:
- The artwork arrives damaged in transit.
- The incorrect artwork has been supplied.
- The artwork has a significant fault that is covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice of artwork
- Variations in colour due to different screen or monitor settings
- Minor variations that are typical of handmade, original artworks
If a return is approved, ARAA will provide instructions for returning the artwork.
Please do not return any artwork without first contacting ARAA.
