About Karungkarni Art and Culture
Karungkarni Art & Culture is located at the entrance to Kalkarindji on the Victoria River. The name Karungkarni refers to the Child Dreaming for Gurindji People; a sacred site imbued with procreative powers. Elders named their Art Centre after this Dreaming to acknowledge their responsibility to pass on cultural knowledge to the children.
Shipping policy
Karungkarni Art Centre is based in Kalkarindji, NT. Shipping is not included in artwork prices.
During DAAF and the lead‑up to Freedom Day Festival and the 60th Walk‑off anniversary, our team is operating on limited capacity. We drive 800kms – 1600kms return to our most reliable post office.
We will contact buyers with packaging and freight details once orders are ready to be processed.
We use Australia Post or courier services depending on size and destination. International shipping is available and quoted separately.
