Lisa Garanydjirrnga

Lisa is a new weaver with Milingimbi Art and Culture. She started learning with her Grandmothers Lily, Bonnie, and Freda who are senior weavers. She likes collecting pandanus, collecting colours, and cooking the colours and putting them out to dry in the sun. After when they dries she puts them into groups of colours ready to use. Her first weavings were a small fishtrap, a bathi dilly bag, and pencil bag with a little help from from her mom Jennifer Dikkar.`
