Alyawarr woman Susie Pope is from Sterling Station in the Barkly Tablelands. Susie joined Artists of the Barkly in 2021 and has experimented with different styles throughout her painting career. She is particularly interested in bush medicine and flowers and telling stories on canvas about her culture.
