About Bula’bula Arts
Proudly Yolngu owned and governed, Bula’bula Arts is located in the remote community of Ramingining, within Gurrwiliny, the heritage-listed Arafura Wetlands of North East Arnhem Land. The art centre represents highly respected professional artists whose works are grounded in Yolŋu cultural law, with stories learned through song, dance and ceremony.

Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Frequency: Due to our remote location, orders are shipped once a week. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery.
- Communication: If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
International Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges
- Free Returns & Exchanges: We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return the product for an exchange with an equivalent product or request a refund to the original account used for the purchase.
Exceptions to Our Policy
- Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear, use, or damage. The item must include all original documentation, tags, and be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Email us with a description of the product and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Send the item back to us in its original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping
