About Inkwareny Artists
Inkwareny Artists is the Anmatyerr people of Yuelamu’s new art centre and gallery.
We formed in October 2023. Our goal is that through art, Anmatyerr culture is strong. Inkwareny Artists is conceived by us, seed funded by us, led and operated by us with 100% of monies going back to community, directly to artists and to operate our social enterprise.
Inkwareny means honey ant in Anmaryerr.
Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Inkwareny Artists of Yuelamu. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders.
- Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within a week. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase once it has been shipped.
- Shipping Frequency: Due to our remote location and because there is no post office in Yuelamu, orders are shipped once a fortinght. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery.
- Communication: If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
International Shipping Policy
- For international or express shipping, please contact us directly for a shipping quote and further details.

Refund policy
At Inkwareny Artists of Yuelamu it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If not, we will fully refund you for the value of the artwork, minus the postage costs. You must notify the art centre within 10 days of receiving the painting if you are not fully satisfied. You need only pay the cost of returning the painting to the art centre. The artwork must be returned in its original condition with all of its accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply.
How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Email us with a description of the product and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Send the item back to us in its original condition.
- Cover shipping costs: Please provide an invoice for the shipping cost for returns, which you will need to send to us.
