Shipping policy

Australian shipping

We offer $30 flat rate shipping for non-bulky items registered as regular mail through Australia Post. Delivery times from Papulankutja to capital cities in Australia is approximately 14 days. It can take longer in some circumstances.

You can optionally request Express shipping. Contact the art centre for a quote.

International shipping

We ship internationally using Australia Post Express, this service covers most countries. You will be required to sign for receipt, and are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply for your country.

We can provide you with a shipment tracking link if requested. Contact us for more details.

Refund policy

Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair takes no responsibility for refunds of purchases made at the online Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair. All refund requests must be directed to the Art Centre/Vendor where the purchase was made.

Return policy

You have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, if the artwork is significantly different to what you expected

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and packed in or equivalent to the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If your return is approved you may exchange for an item (or items) valued at a similar price.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item to Papulankutja Artists.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you chose to exchange we will pay return shipping costs.

Item must be shipped by the original shipping service. Contact us to confirm return shipping address is a must.
