Marina Pumani Brown (*1984) is a Pitjantjatjara artist from Mimili and part of a celebrated family of women painters. Her practice draws on ancestral knowledge connected to Antara and Parawalpi, as well as her lived experience of family and community life. Through bold, abstract compositions that resemble maps of Country, Marina expresses her place within an ongoing story of cultural continuity.
