Puna Yanima (*1955) is a Yankunytjatjara artist and senior cultural leader who lives and works in Mimili. Her practice is grounded in deep knowledge of Country, inma and the Antara storylines, which she has carried and cared for across generations. Puna is known for her fluid, inky paintings, which bring together cultural authority with a distinctive sense of freedom, play and joy.
