Shipping policy

Thank you once again for your purchase and for supporting Warmun Art Centre.

Once payment has cleared into Warmun Art Centre’s bank account, we will begin preparing your artwork for delivery. Your artwork will be carefully packed and dispatched in one of the next available freight collections. At this time, you will also receive your receipt, Certificate of Authenticity, and the artist’s biography for your records.

Kindly note that, as Warmun is considered a remote community, freight and delivery logistics can be a little more complex. Collections generally occur once a week and, in some cases, every second week. We therefore kindly ask for your patience, as delivery may take up to 21 days from the date your artwork was collected. Once the collection has been confirmed, you will receive an email directly from our courier partner, Pack & Send, containing your consignment note, tracking number, and estimated delivery date (ETA), so you can follow your artwork’s journey to its new home.
